Dear Parents/Guardians,
Kindergarten Registration for the 2021-2022 school year will be held in April this year. There are two ways to register your child:
1. On-line Registration will be accepted starting April 1, 2021. Complete all the forms and email them to: [email protected] You will be contacted by the school with a date and time to bring your child to the building for a Kindergarten Screening.
2. In-person registration will be held from Monday, April 12, 2021, to Friday, April 16, 2021, at Keystone Elementary School. This is by appointment only. Appointments for Registration will be taken starting on April 1, 2021. Please call Marianne Mensinger at 267-599-2486 to schedule an appointment. If you get voicemail, please leave your name and number and someone will return your call.
Children must be 5 years old
ON or BEFORE September 1st to qualify for Kindergarten. There will be NO
EXCEPTIONS.
Registration forms are available at this link. They will also be available starting April 1, 2021, and can be obtained at
the Keystone Office between the hours of 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM. Please do not obtain
registration packets from any other school or from any other website link then this one.
The following is needed at the time of in-person registration:
- YOUR CHILD
- Completed registration packet. (Click here)
- Child’s birth certificate
- Child’s up-to-date Immunization record
- Parent’s Identification
- 4 proofs of residency (See first page of packet for acceptable types)
Your child that you are registering WILL need to be WITH you at the time of registration. During the registration process, your child will be screened by a member of the kindergarten team at Keystone.
